Apollo Custom Manufacturing Ltd. carries a NON-TRANSFERABLE LIMITED WARRANTY on all its products for one year from date of completion of the unit whether it be a truck, trailer or cart.
During the warranty period, if a part should fail due to defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge once authorization has been given.
Warranty on all equipment is covered by the specific manufacturer or supplier.
All workmanship and equipment manufactured by Apollo is covered directly by Apollo.
If warranty repairs are required on a specific part or any workmanship, Apollo is to be notified of the problem and, upon authorization, the unit or part can be brought to Apollo or the nearest part supplier or fabrication facility depending on repair required.
All work or replacement parts must be authorized by Apollo prior to proceeding.
Any shipping expense of replacement parts, either from Apollo or shipping back to Apollo, are paid by the unit owner.
Other types of damage but not limited to misuse or abuse are not covered under the warranty of Apollo.
Apollo Custom Manufacturing Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any
loss of business which may occur due to any part of equipment failure.
