50% deposit is required on all orders and the balance
is due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable as carts are customized
to suit a specific operation or health code. If the cart is able to be
re-sold without alterations to a new buyer, Apollo will refund the amount
of deposit less 25%. If alterations are needed they will be deducted on
a cost plus basis along with the 25%. Carts not paid for at the time of
completion will be charged a storage fee of twenty dollars per day and
will be subject to sale after 90 days to recover costs We meet or
exceed most health codes but it is up to the purchaser to make sure that
they have checked with their local health to ensure the cart they have
ordered meets requirements for their area |
