Shipping & Customs Information

Apollo handles all your shipping needs through our local logistics and brokerage companies and we are able to ship anywhere in the world.

We set up all the shipping for you and you pay the logistics company directly for the shipping costs. This will save you money. You will deal directly with the shipping company to track your order. And even though it is rare, you will deal direct with any damages that may occur while in transit. It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to inspect your unit upon arrival and report any damages immediately to the shipping company, the carrier and Apollo. Please record any damages in writing as well as by photo.

Apollo will deal with all the customs clearances and brokerage so there is no worry about your order crossing the border. Apollo also covers the costs of the brokerage fees.

Manufacturing time is approximately 2 - 8 weeks depending on in-house stock and orders currently in our system. Apollo Carts cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to lead time with outside equipment manufacturers; .i.e. Espresso Machine deliveries and other major cart components that are not manufactured directly by Apollo Carts.

60% deposit is required on all orders and the balance is due upon completion. Deposits are non-refundable as carts are customized to suit a specific operation or health code. If the cart is able to be re-sold without alterations to a new buyer, Apollo will refund the amount of deposit less 25%. If alterations are needed they will be deducted on a cost plus basis along with the 25%. Carts not paid for at the time of completion will be charged a storage fee of twenty dollars per day and will be subject to sale after 90 days to recover costs

We meet or exceed most health codes but it is up to the purchaser to make sure that they have checked with their local health to ensure the cart they have ordered meets requirements for their area
